Overwatch 2 players are reporting that the ultimate pandemic in the game is getting worse with every passing day, as yet another hero, Roadhog, suffers accidental nerfs due to a glitchy ability. This has caused players to worry that if the ‘Hog is experiencing such issues, no hero is safe.
A gamer on Reddit recently shared a gameplay replay that captured the glitch. It shows that if someone interrupts Roadhog’s ultimate activation, his healing ability can be halted completely, leaving him unable to self-heal. Moreover, the tank hero’s hook chain also fails to load until it connects with a target.
For Roadhog mains, this issue is a severe blow, as both his self-healing and hook are crucial parts of his kit. However, players have pointed out that he is not the only hero affected. There are several issues with other ultimates as well, with season three of the game appearing to be rife with busted ults. Orisa’s ultimate, for instance, causes her to lock into a spin animation, while Symmetra has been glitched for some time, with her abilities getting destroyed by any part of a movable environment, and unable to pick them up or replenish them.
With each passing day, gamers are waiting for the next ultimate to break. These issues have arisen since Overwatch’s Feb. 7 patch, so hopefully, the Blizzard devs are already hard at work to solve them.
